that's right, today's blogpost is pulling double duty. this lovely little Mountain Aven Baby photo is part of the happy dance we are doing over here at the moment. what's it for, you ask? Because we got accepted into both of the Art Fair Jackson Hole summer shows! w00t w00t! it's a really competitive show to get into (800+ application for 170 spots) and that whole Jackson art scene can be very, very intimidating. so we are pretty relieved and excited to have gotten in. we will be attending the shows in both July and August and hoping that they are a smashing success. this means that it's going to be a super busy summer however, and the thought of so much work in preparation is a little daunting. but it will be worth it in the end i am sure and we will celebrate the season with a little Santa Fe vacation in September!
this post is also serving as a Flashback Friday for that chubby-legged little baby in the polka dot dress! it hardly looks like the same sylvi-- no hair, big cheeks, chubby legs, and a wee seven months of age. but that's our roo, no doubt! happy friday!
