afternoon at the lake

one of the best things about living in the foothills is that you can get up into the mountains (and out of the heat) really easily. such was the case this afternoon when we headed up to frye lake with oliver and his parents. it was a *perfect* afternoon to be out of town and sitting by the lake-- not a bug in sight, about 75 degrees with a slight breeze, and perfect water for playing. the girls both woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning so it was great to pack some snacks, grab the hats and sunscreen and get out of town!

the girls had alot of fun with the dogs and humans-- isa got to throw the bumpers for moki and raven and got a kick out of giving them commands. oliver is starting to be alot of fun and loves watching the girls and laughing with them and occasionally going after isa's ponytails. good times!
